Hi Sojiel, I injured my back at 19 lifting some heavy materials at work which led to me having surgery not long after. However by my mid 20’s I was spending hours in the gym, running and swimming, all assisting my back. While in the gym I did have to be careful and ease in to what I was doing. The most important point for me is the one you make about using proper form to avoid injury, this is very true and will also give better results. This is a very helpful post and easy to read.
