Very informative and detailed. I do sports but with teammates and a ball, however occasionally I hit the gym so it’s also educational for someone that does it ”accidentally”; I was not aware there are so many exercises that we can do and also of the complexity of the training. Will be more self-aware next time I hit the gym. Keep it up.
