  2. Really detailed article. I probably underestimate the importance of working my core. Probably because I’ve never liked doing any kind of ab workouts. Many of my workouts I do 2 to 3 sets on back, chest, biceps, triceps, and legs. However, when it comes to the core I only do one set, and it’s usually half-hearted. So I really need to heed the importance of core exercise, and I appreciate your article which has made me think twice about my workouts.
